Park Day Magic is the controller of personal information collected through parkdaymagic.com. Contact hello@parkdaymagic.com or use the contact form. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you sign up for our free Disney World First-Timer Planning Binder or newsletter. We use it for your binder request and, where you choose emails, planning tips and promotions; you can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
- Our hosting provider processes outbound offer, referring-page and country details during the click request to measure referrals.
- Analytics: Our cookieless analytics provider measures pages visited, device type and page-load performance without cookies. Google Analytics uses cookie identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location and device/browser information to measure site use. Analytics loads only after consent in the UK and European Economic Area and does not load with a Global Privacy Control signal.
For every valid binder request, including when marketing is declined, our hosting provider stores your email address, displayed email wording, version, source page, UTC time, country and marketing choice for two years. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, marketing requires the separate optional checkbox. An email delivery provider processes email addresses and subscription details to send requested emails and respect opt-out choices. Subscription records remain while needed for requested emails and opt-out status.
Contact requests collect your name, reply email, subject, message, submission time and country.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their marketing.
